Well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended

The Staff are friendly and very helpful. Their knowledge is appreciated and they had everything I needed to do The Job. I had been to other places and they were not as friendly or helpful. The product Range is extensive and the small show room is helpful as well.

The shop looks well stocked and is open nice an early. I wasn't overly impressed with my experience there though. Staff member I dealt with was a bit sarcastic (probably because I'm not of the trade) and gave me some pretty shoddy advice. I decided that I trusted Internet advice more so left. Went to B&Q, got exactly the part I needed and fixed my sink. The staff there were really helpful and didn't make me feel like an idiot for fixing it myself. I won't bother with Plumbase again.

Helpful staff. They didn???t have the part I needed, but recommended a local alternative who did. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff.
