Just in the process of purchasing a new bathroom from City Plumbing Salisbury the service has been fantastic, the customer service very friendly with great, useful advice. City Plumbing supplied and designed our bathrooms and cloakroom and helped us think outside the box to get some fantastic outcomes. Ben in the design team was brilliant, always available helpful and giving us options we might not otherwise thought of.

Amazing service especially from Ben at Salisbury. He was very professional with good delivery times and quality. Charlene from the visual showroom team went through all our spec which was very impressive and the service worked really well. We now have 2 x bathrooms that look superb.

Needed a ceramic tap cartridge. I gave the exact dimensions and even had the old part with me but they fobbed me off saying they need the exact mode and manufacturer. Oh well. They were so unhelpful and outright rude, they obviously don???t want to deal with the public. Ordered the part I needed from screwfix instead, job done.

went online to buy a radiator. I found that at city plumbing there were two available in stock. I finalised buying the item and made sure that the premises were open and I could collect that morning. I had to have the radiator at my home as the plumber was going to fit it on Monday morning. The shop was open until twelve o'clock so I went to collect my radiator after paying for it. When I arrived at the shop at 10:50 the manager opened the front door slightly and said very rudely "we're closed" I explained that I had purchased a radiator on line and would he be so kind as to get it and pass it through the crack in the door. He said "we're closed" I explained to him the reason why it was necessary for me to collect the radiator that day and he said "we're closed" Eventually he told me that he had closed the shop to carry out a stock take, I explained that the count would not be correct as I had bought and paid for a radiator so his stock of radiators would be up one unit. One of which has been removed from stock and was my possession. To which the manager said "we're closed" and shut the door in my face. At no time did the manager wear a mask or carry out social distancing.
