   Contacted them for a dual fuel cooker instalation, they came to visit the plot, inspect the cooker and everything else needed, they left and then nothing, no news from them altough i asked for a quote. I contact them again to find out more about prices, to book a slot etc... everything seemed well untill the day one showed up, fitted the stove/cooker but the oven not, as it was electric, altough they knew about it and were informed upfront, not to mention they came prior to the instalation just to inspect everything. Was left with a bill to pay and half job done, another 150 pounds for an electrician. Called them several times and texted them just to be told it was my fault, and that they are the cheapest in town, and anyway no-one would have ever installed both as there is no such thing as a plumber and electrician 2 in 1, that our english is bad ( us beeing foreigners), all sort of nonsense just to cover the fact he lied and just wanted quick money ! The lady living at the property were the instalation was booked had to spend more time, money and stress just because they are foreigners who ( according to plumber ) " seemed not to know or have a clue whats going on, poor english ", bare in mind they study political relationships at Reading University. Now we strugle to get the gas certificate after nearly 2 months from prior contact with them. For more proof/info contact me as i saved all the e-mails, text messages and phone calls in case i end up in a legal dispute with them !
