Another positive experience today. Go in with a problem and always leave with a great solution. Thank you.

They are the most helpful plumb shop ever. I go in with a photo of what the problem is and I always come outwith the parts I need and instructions of how to try and sort it out. Staff are so friendly and helpful ????

Good little showroom and helpful staff

Never ceases to amaze me how knowledgeable Julian, Ash and Chris on the plumbing counter are. I spend ages looking for solutions to equip our newly constructed small WC compartment and over the counter they come up with a host of reasonably priced solutions almost instantly - comparable to internet prices but without the risk of some of the poor quality goods that you hear nightmare stories about. The showroom looks amazing - wide range of designer and mid-range bathrooms on show in this enormous space - but not what I am looking for today.
