Massive thank you to all the staff at P.R.Elford for once again fixing our (old) boiler in super fast time. And servicing it for us every year. Can't recommend this company (and staff) highly enough. No fuss or drama or anything just absolutely brilliant service. Thank you. ????

Exceptional work! Came to measure up and we discussed our vision for the bathroom and downstairs toilet. They suggested options and gave their experience of different issues and solutions. Jordan and Roy were super friendly when they came to do the work. They were very clean and professional and we were impressed with their eye for detail. One small part came that didn't match the gold trim and they were not happy with fitting it as it wouldn't match so went off and sought a part that would work better with the whole room. We were recommended them by my mother in law who was extremely impressed with their high quality work on her two bathrooms. Highly recommend them for any work you need doing.

I have used Elfords for almost ten years including renewing all of the plumbing and heating in our house. Invariably polite, responsive and efficient. The best plumbers and heating engineers in the area.

Elfords installed our new boiler and did a great job. Also they have visited several times for minor jobs and we have been pleased with their work. HOWEVER, the bathroom that they fitted for us has been a disaster with endless problems. They promised they would fix it but then they never did.

Have used this company for the last 6years plus. They are very efficient come on time a service of the boiler is not a quick glance stick a probe in and say it's operating with limits they take it apart and clean the boilers . They have refitted a boiler, bathroom, toliets ,and wash hand basins all with the minimum of fuss and very clean with the work place. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
