   We was called out for a drainage issue, and on site Stuart was there. He explained in great detail what he had already done to fix the clients blocked bath and he had it flowing better but the issue was more of a drainage issue than a plumbing issue so he he couldn???t do much more. He checked in with us throughout the evening and even offered to nip back to refit the trap and bath panel.
