Wayne is very thorough and talks me through what I want to know, i.e. I have a heat pump which I had no idea how it worked and luckily Wayne explained everything to me, so I am very grateful. I highly recommend Wayne from ThermoLoco, you won't be disappointed.

Wayne fitted a new boiler, hot water tank, new controls and updated various bits of pipework for us. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all our options. He has a friendly disposition and his work is of an excellent standard.

He made a few minor adjustments to increase efficiency, which he explained clearly. We will definitely be using Wayne for next years service - reminder please! We are very happy with our ASHP as it is efficient, environmentally friendly, quiet and keeps our house at a steady temperature with hot water whenever it is required. This system works well on our well insulated renovated barn.

We have a Daikin Altherma Air Source Heat Pump which has been maintained by Wayne from Dorchester Boiler Solutions for a number of years. Wayne is very good at explaining how to get the best out of our heating system and as a result we have a warm house. He has serviced our heat pump and sorted any problems without fuss, he is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Wayne if anyone is thinking of having a heat pump installed.
