The Drummond???s team were very friendly and easy to communicate with when it came to booking the appointment. The engineer who serviced my boiler, Brad, was very diligent and gave me a thorough breakdown of everything he???d reviewed during the service. I would highly recommend the team, and will definitely be using them again the future.

We have recently begun working with Drummond Heating at The White Horse Hotel in Romsey after facing ongoing issues with leaks and problematic pipework throughout the building, following several unsuccessful attempts with previous contractors. Now under commercial contract with this strong, family based firm. Communication has been exemplary, it???s not often you work with a firm who are so proactive and know how to treat their customers. After being stung by many big name commercial companies, it???s been a breath of fresh air to work with Drummonds who are fully reponsive to our small non-profit special needs school in South London. On one visit managed to fix, in minutes, these what these big name professionals misdiagnosed over multiple visits. They are highly experienced, highly competent and highly efficient.
