Mark arrived for the first time at home recently, Spot on time, after I explained where everything was he continued to carry out his work, an hour and half later he explained what he had done and presented a very reasonable bill. I for one will not be looking for anyone else for our heating and gas service Top marks for mark 10/10

I cannot thank Mark enough for going that extra mile. Having recently undergone spinal surgery Mark was aware of this and on a very cold Saturday morning after junior football practice Mark came straight to me afterwards to get my boiler working.You could not get a nicer person who gives 100% to his customers. Thankyou so much, would highly recommend Mark.

What an amazing guy. I rang Mark after our boiler packed up. He couldn't get to me for a few days but when I described the fault he suggested I replace the solenoid. Thanks to Mark we were back up and running same day. What a generous guy. You made a customer for life today. Thank you

I have been a customer of Mark Benfield - MAB Heating almost 20 years. MAB are very reliable (I have never had him miss an appointment) and he is also responsive and flexible when needd. He is old school hard working and doe not cut corners whilst remaining professional. He is good value for money and is fir andhonest. He has my fullest recommendation.

Mark has serviced our oil boiler since about 2008 and has always been professional and gone the extra mile. Consistently punctual, friendly and explains everything that he has done. Really happy using Mark and couldn???t recommend him highly enough.
