We recently had a new Viessmann boiler system installed by Titan Plumbing and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Michael Boarden fitted the boiler and did a fantastic job. The installation was carried out professionally, neatly and with real attention to detail. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and everything was left clean and tidy once completed. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. Ethan Priddle handled the plumbing side of the job and was equally impressive. He was punctual, polite and clearly very knowledgeable. Between them, the job was seamless. The new system is running perfectly and we feel confident knowing it???s been installed properly. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Titan Plumbing ??? a reliable, professional team delivering first-class workmanship.

You won't find anyone better than Mike and his team at Titan Heating Solutions. We live in an old five bedroom house that had a very old and inefficient central heating system. The gas boiler was almost forty years old, the radiators would never heat up properly and the system was piped with 10mm microbore pipe throughout. We needed a completely new heating system and so contacted Titan Heating Solutions for help. We are so pleased that we did. Mike came to the house and took the time to establish exactly what we wanted. He was extremely helpful and offered lots of constructive and helpful advice. The quote received was extremely reasonable and we were happy to accept it. Mike and his team of Ethan and Jon arrived to start the work exactly when he said they would. They also completed the job within the time frame originally given. In just five days they stripped out our old heating system and replaced it with a completely new one. We now have an efficient new boiler and sleek new radiators. The system is piped with new 15mm and 22mm copper pipe throughout. All of the pipe runs are concealed beneath the floors. The quality of the work is absolutely fantastic. These guys are really good. They turn up on time and work very hard. They are very professional and clearly take great pride in their work. Any issues encountered are quickly resolved without fuss. Communication is good and nothing seems to be too much trouble. They are all extremely honest and trustworthy. Having spent five days carrying out such a major job, if it wasn't for the new radiators on the walls and a lovely warm house, you wouldn't think they had been in the house at all. All floorboards were put back down and items of furniture returned to their original places. Everything was left clean and tidy. I won't hesitate to use Titan Heating Solutions again in the future and couldn't recommend them more.

Excellent. Highly recommend Titan Heating Solutions. Awesome customer service. Thank you to Michael and Ethan. I had had continuous problems with my oil comb-boiler, intermittently working but, mostly not, since moving into my new home 18 months ago! A friend at work recommended me along to Michael at Titan Heating Solutions and from the first point of call is straight forward and knows ???his stuff???. At the survey, Michael took my existing boiler apart and showed me some concerning issues with it, about 15 years??? old and had not been looked after. I received a reasonably priced quotation to replace it and the work would take 2 days, so booked it in. The work is finished and i???m so happy to have consistent hot water and heating again in my lovely home. Most importantly, for anyone reading this, from my point of view, Michael and Ethan had to ???logistically work around??? me (working from home) and my three small rescue dogs??? (Flea, Mabel and Molly) and big laid-back house cat (George), who will go in the garden if not watched! My little dogs were immediately totally at ease and happy with Michael and Ethan invading their space at times with noisy tools to do the work and all took every opportunity to roll over in front of Micheal or Ethan wagging their tails looking for some attention! To me that is the biggest recommendation! I???m so happy with the work done and the utmost care taken around my home and animals too. Michael is genuinely a totally professional, straight forward, extremely knowledgeable engineer and feel fortunate to have been recommended along by my work colleague??? and, in turn, an excellent job done by Michael and Ethan too, thank you ???? My home has been left spotless in all the areas worked, thank you. Flea, Molly, Mabel and George are disappointed that their ???new friends??? haven???t rocked up this morning!

This is the first time we have used Titan Heating Solutions. This week Michael & Ethan fitted a new boiler & hot water tank & much much more. After many years of suffering malfunctioning systems, Michael & Ethan worked tirelessly to sort out all our very old crazy pipe work - etc and we now have a far superior system that is working instantly & efficiently. We thank them so much for an amazing job incredibly well done. We are very impressed with their pricing and honesty, there was no hidden charges. They have a very proactive, professional approach with a huge touch of friendliness, kindness & goodwill. Now we will always turn to Titan Heating Solutions for our plumbing & heating needs. We highly recommend them to all. Thank you so much guys. We???ll see you next year for our boiler service.
