I contacted Lewis and Joe last year for a bathroom renovation, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. They were quick to provide a quote, reasonably priced, and had a fantastic work ethic. Their team was efficient, tidy, and always polite and professional. They offered great ideas for the new bathroom, helped me order the suite online, and completed the installation to a very high standard. They truly went above and beyond, and I couldn???t be happier with the final result. Thank you both!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! I had a full gas heating system installed (switching from an electric to gas system) by Lewis and Joe in August 2025 and I couldn???t recommend and thank them enough. I contacted Lewis to obtain a quote and he came round to do this within days. He measured up and asked what I wanted, providing his recommendations of what would and wouldn???t work but ultimately allowing me the final decision. I wanted the work done within fairly short notice (whilst I was away) and they were very accommodating to this and fitted around me. Both went above and beyond to ensure the work would be completed before my return to my flat. Lewis kept in communication with me throughout the work and provided me with updates regarding where he was up to and time scales. Lewis gave me recommendations and options of boilers, enabling me to make a decision based on quality and price. For the work completed and the service received, the price was very reasonable and less than I had originally anticipated. When I returned, they had disposed of all the waste and swept around my flat, leaving it as clean as possible upon my arrival. Both Lewis and Joe were easily contactable, friendly, reliable, accommodating, skilled and professional. Most importantly, they have made my house a home as I can relax with the knowledge I will have a warm winter. Thank you both! :)

Incredible Job by Lewis & Joe. Gave them a key to my home, and asked them to come and go at own accord to get bathroom done. Very trustworthy, reliable, tidy and punctual men. Bathroom finished to high standard, with end result being something me and my partner love! Thanks guys????

Lewis and Jamie fitted a replacement boiler for me they gave me a really competitive price. Turned up when agreed finished the job quicker than the time estimate. Cleaned up as they went. Showed us how everything worked to ensure we were 100 percent happy and took all the rubbish away. Would definitely use them again and if you need any plumbing or gas work don???t bother using anyone else. He managed to supply the boiler cheaper than I could purchase from the wholesaler. The price paid was the price quoted even though he fitted a new thermostat I supplied at no extra charge. This is why I have left a 5 star rating!

Fantastic service!! They fitted new radiators a couple of weeks ago and I couldn???t fault them or their service they even cleaned up spotlessly after! Would never know they had been except our house is lovely and warm now. Thank you Portsmouth plumbers 10/10
