Just wanted to come on here and leave a recommendation for Kitchers Plumbing & Heating. My shower broke and I needed a new one, I spoke to Ross, he sent round Dennis one of his plumbers to come and have a look, before replacing the shower, Dennis looked to see if the broken part could be replaced, to try and save me money, unfortunately it couldn???t, so I had to have the whole unit replaced. Dennis just got on and did the job, he was polite, explained things to me and cleared up the mess after himself, I highly recommend Kitchers Plumbing & Heating you got any plumbing issues give them a shout! ????

Kitchers Plumbing are keen to help, and efficient too. Ross has a large team, making him ready and able to support with all kinds of jobs, big and small. He's smart - quickly catching up with the setup and system, then offering clear and transparent explanations and solutions to get us back up and running. All the work he's done for us is to a high standard - we're glad to have chosen Ross on each occasion. We definitely recommend Kitchers Plumbing to others.

I initially contacted them to come out and change my thermostat. The engineer was very honest and advised me to contact Worcester Bosch troubleshooting first, which resolved the issue without any unnecessary work. I really appreciated the honesty and helpful advice. A very trustworthy company, and I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing or heating work.

I called on Sunday left a voice message for an emergency boiler issue. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and took the time to explain to me the possible solution. Once shops were opened on Monday he ordered the part and fitted it on the following day. In short, quick response, knowledgeable and professional service. Would recommend
