Replaced fuse box. Quite expensive but it was an emergency. However, ??200 of the bill was for certification & after several weeks, we're still waiting. Repeated phone calls to Semi go straight to Voicemail & are ignored.

Excellent attention to detail and my requirements. Really helpful and couldn't have asked for a neater job both the pipework, boiler fitting, filling in old flue holes in side of house. Very tidying and end to end service couldn't fault including quoting process to registering boiler and gas cert.

Comment from the tenants where Semi installed a new boiler for me: "what a nice man. A very clean and efficient job was done on the boiler replacement". A excellent job on budget and done well within the agreed time. Sage advice on replacing the hot water tank, Semi said it wasn't really necessary so we didn't do it and saved a shed load of money.

I called Semi from Google reviews he came out within the hour.. fixed the electrical problem. Very impressed he explained prices over phone.. very presentable young man, I have kept his card as I would definately use him again.

Brilliant work from Southampton plumbing and electrical. They showed great respect to us and our property and finish there work to a high standard I highly recommend them for any plumbing and electrical work ????
