What can I say? Paul and Alex were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had them strip out and old bathroom and refit a new one in October. Paul was incredibly communicative in advance and super helpful and patient, but not patronising, with explaining everything to two 30-year olds with no plumbing experience. They quoted 2 weeks for the job but set aside a week after the job in case there were any issues, which I thought was really good planning, as they had to come and finish off a few things on the Monday. Overall, we're super happy with our bathroom, it's exactly as we wanted, if not better! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone looking for professional quality, friendly bathroom fitting. In fact, I am actively recommending him to anyone who even mentions they might want a new bathroom!

Paul and his team always do a great job, we have used them multiple times for everything from fitting new radiators to boiler servicing and emergency repairs. Paul is quick to reply and happy to offer advice, they have always fit us in quickly. We were very happy with recent radiator fitting and boiler repair by Dan, who explained everything in detail for me and was transparent on costs and urgency.

Paul and Alex did an excellent job of my bathroom. They worked hard, arrived on time and cleaned up at end of each day. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Paul made an excellent job of refurbishing our bathroom and cloakroom and replacing the kitchen sink. He carried out the work in a very professional, neat, polite and tidy way taking great care with every small detail. Can thoroughly recommend his services.

Paul and his team did a complete bathroom refurbishment on our Edwardian home. I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Importantly to me, Paul's communication was concise and efficient. He listened carefully to our requirements and as a result, we got exactly what we had invisaged. Paul was able to make recommendations based on the age of our property and kept us up to date on the work throughout. The work was completed quickly and they even hoovered up after themselves! The finish on the bathroom is very precise (and I am quite the perfectionist!). Nothing was too much work for Paul and the team, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you!
