   I called Tom at DUG about an overflowing drainage chamber today. He was round very quickly, immediately diagnosed the source of the problem and signposted me to the right place. He even gave some tape to help me fence off the area from my children. Tom was really approachable and knowledgeable, and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him.

   Having had repeated leaks in my 50-year-old water pipework, Tom advised me of the available options. I decided to go for a replacement supply to (hopefully!) prevent future problems. This involved 55 metres of new pipework, which was (to me) a daunting prospect. However, the way Tom and Bill worked gave me great confidence and the job was completed on time and with the minimum disruption. Both of them were friendly, polite, reassuring and very efficient. I hope I won't need DUG services again but, if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Tom for his help. Thoroughly recommended!

   What a great company to deal with, Tom & Jamie called in the same day as the initial enquiry and explained everything that was required to replace our main water supply. We felt super confident that they would do a good job and they certainly did. They even had to overcome a few problems which often crop on this kind of work as we have a rather challenging landscaped garden. All the work was completed in one day and everything put back to how it was originally. Well done lads, such a friendly, polite and professional crew.
