Highly recommend. Polite, friendly and efficient. We needed a plumber fairly urgently on a Saturday as our outside tap suddenly sprang a significant leak. Rang Kieran and left a message, and he called back promptly. Kieran said he could attend within 2 hours and kept us updated with timings. Attended and removed the faulty tap, fitting a new outside tap quickly and efficiently. Call out charges were very reasonable and only additional charge was for the new tap. Thank you Kieran

Typical Kieran, says he will turn up but never does, excuse after excuse, after excuse! 3 months to have 2 taps sorted and still not fixed, I have else gone somewhere, I will not be recommending him ever again. Please avoid as you will only receive disappointment.

I honestly can???t believe my good fortune (being still very new to the Isle of Portland ) that I managed to find such a reliable, professional and hardworking plumber as Kieran. Here is extremely knowledgable and resourceful. And very reasonably priced for such professional workmanship. My boiler is now safe and my new shower is wonderful (not leaking like previous one). Bathroom and toilet are sorted now. A dependable and skilled tradesman is gold dust nowadays. I???ll always call on Kieran and his team for repairs or recommendations. Thank you for being so reliable when I was out at work myself.

Had a issue with my kitchen sink that then flooded my kitchen very late on Friday afternoon. The response was fantastic was out in just over a hr as was on another job. Checked all the drainage pipes and hoovered out waste pipe. The replaced the plug hole as this was also leaking. Drain is flowing better than it was but there is a issue further on that needs more attention. Would definitely be using again should there ever be another need highly recommended

First Class service, prompt, polite and professional. My toilet cistern had packed up. I phoned in the morning, sent my photos, Kieron came in the afternoon and replaced all parts. Great job, I highly recommend Osprey !
