Disappointing and stressful experience! We used Vipool and his team for our new air source heat pump installation. To start with the positive, Vipool himself was always friendly and pleasant when he was on-site. Unfortunately, despite this, the process itself was very difficult. The main challenge was communication. It was consistently difficult to get clear updates, and we often had no idea as to what times the team would be working, if at all. This made it very hard to plan our own schedules. This poor organisation contributed to the timeline, and a job that was meant to take one week ended up dragging on for over three weeks. We also had several issues with the quality of the work and a general lack of attention to detail. We had to point out that thermostats were being fitted on the wall wonky, found brackets installed the wrong way, and had to deal with a burst pipe from a poorly made connection. The team was also unprepared and had to borrow our personal tools (multitool, ladders, etc.) to do their work. Finally, the team was untidy and left a lot of packaging, drilling debris, and other rubbish on the floor, which has still not been cleaned up. Overall, while we appreciated Vipool's friendly manner, the poor communication, significant delays, and lack of attention to detail made this a disappointing experience.

Vipul is am excellent Gas engineer and plumber. He has installed two of our properties combi boilers and has done 2 bathroom installations. He is very very reasonable and reliable. Many unreliable plumbers we previously had and finally we found Vipul who we can rely on for any works.
