Very prompt with initial emergency call out, we needed a new boiler, the old one was taken out and the new was fitted, my partner works nights an he said he barely heard them, they were efficient and hard working, I'm very satisfied with the service they provide. Thanks.

Great experience dealing with these guys. Call answered promptly and despite being middle of the afternoon, and having a broken down boiler, they had an engineer on site within a few minutes and fixed within the hour. Very reasonable price and friendly and professional

I've used three spires for the 3rd time now. Initially for some small works and latest being a whole boiler replacement. Competitive price, good communication and the guys left my house without any mess, completing the works as intended. Would certainly use again!

I recently required an annual service for my gas boiler. After searching on Google, I found a technician with excellent reviews ??? Three Spires ??? and decided to book with him. We arranged an appointment, and he attended as agreed. The service was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was reasonable. Initially, I was very satisfied. However, just four days later, the boiler began leaking. I contacted him immediately, and he told me he was very busy but would come within a few days. I waited the entire week with no visit. When I called again, he assured me he would come the next day ??? this promise has now been repeated three times, and the boiler is still leaking. At this point, I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and reliability. I would like the issue resolved promptly, as the leak is ongoing and was not present before the service.
