I highly recommend them! The guys renovated my kitchen, including installing new furniture and appliances, and laying new flooring. Their customer service is top-notch; everything was done with meticulous attention to detail. They're able to offer advice and find great, practical solutions. They complete the project on time. I also use their gas furnace service every year, as they also offer gas and electrical services.

I???ve been having my gas boiler serviced every year for many years by ??ukasz Budziszewski from BHO, and I can honestly say the service has always been excellent. ??ukasz is reliable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He always arrives on time, carries out the boiler service thoroughly, and explains everything clearly. It gives great peace of mind knowing the boiler is checked properly every year by someone who really knows what he???s doing. What I particularly appreciate is his attention to detail and honest advice. He makes sure everything is safe and running efficiently, and he always leaves the place clean and tidy after the service. It???s rare to find such a trustworthy and consistent professional, and after many years of using his services I can highly recommend ??ukasz to anyone looking for boiler servicing or heating work.

I have used Better Homes Outlook and Lukasz for three boiler installations as well as a bathroom refit. I will keep going back to BHO and Lukasz for more work in the future as I have not met a trades person that is more reliable and professional. Even if he???s going to be about 10 minutes late, he will let you know. I can???t think of a trade person that???s ever been more punctual and polite as well as reasonable when it comes to quotes. Consistently outstanding service

We have known Lukasz and Szimon of BHO company since July 2023. They have renovated most of our bungalow over the last two and half years beautifully, professionally and expertly to a high standard. They are reliable, hard working, genuine tradesmen, always quoting fair prices. The results are amazing, we can not praise them highly enough. Photo is their latest work. Total renovating our ensuite bathroom. Absolutely brilliant.

Great job refurbishing our bathroom. Very hardworking and competent. Nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Highly recommended.
