?????? ?????? ?????????????????? The What can I say about this ultra professional service. From Tom Marsh who I dealt with on the phone to set up a boiler fix/service for my disabled mum. We were concerned as it wasn???t heating the tap water properly. He was polite, reassuring and listened to our needs. We found out during the service that several parts had perished within the boiler and the flu was leaking carbon monoxide back into the house. ???????????????????!!! The boiler being prehistoric meant parts weren???t readily available. But that???s modern life!! I then had a brilliant conversation with Matt Pestell who arranged a replacement boiler to be fitted with no time delay. Finally to Ryan Groucott, a man who really knows his stuff. He arrived when he said he would. Took time and care removing; then installing the new boiler. He left no mess, and his time management was great. My Mum and we are overjoyed at the service. Happy she is safe. The price was also not out of this world. ???? If you ever need a recommendation for Grantham and the surrounding areas for all your plumbing needs. Brilliant service from Pestell???s! Quick responses to messages, quick quotes and an overall quick service! I had my new boiler fitted within 6 days of the old one breaking, they talked me through my best options and had changed my system and installed my new boiler in 2 days! Wonderful service! The engineers are lovely and helpful too! Pat was very helpful when he came to repair a leak and booking him in was super easy and he came the next morning!

Wow! Would 100% recommend Pestells. Spoke to Matt this morning. Said he would get an engineer to us between 10am-12pm today. Ryan turned up at 10.05am. Nice friendly guy who explained what he was doing/going to do. Problem fixed. I???m so impressed with the service. First time using them. Would definitely call on them again. One very happy customer ????????. Happy with the price too.
