Michael helped my parents out at short notice when they had heating problems. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very thorough. He even went so far as to provide and assist my parents with a report in regards to a leak and incorrectly fitted plumbing

Michael is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He wasn't very punctual, but always busy chasing up parts. If he doesn't have parts he needs he'll get them asap even if it means driving miles away. He has a very good work ethic and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or heating work done.

Michael came out very quickly. He was very polite and considerate. Got our boiler up and running again in no time at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Michael to anyone needing a plumber.

A fantastic job upgrading my heating system by a friendly honest local guy! Michael clearly has a wealth of experience shown in the quality of work, along with the pride he takes for a job well done. He initially came over to assess the setup before quoting. He was also quick to incorporate a change and requote so I could get the results I was after. When booked, he came as agreed and made sure the work carried out was to a high standard. Would definitely use again. Many thanks.

I would recommend Michael without hesitation for any of your boiler needs. We were fobbed off by a large well known company. Michael correctly diagnosed our issue and completed a power flush which took him 13 hours!! No moaning, no fuss, no problem. Fantastic work ethic and fabulous customer service. Michael is very knowledgable and experienced. Michael is a professional who is a pleasure to have in your house. Thank you for your time and for solving our issue.
