Nice company but they have mis-diagnosed a boiler issue causing unnecessary work and expense. And then over charged for that work. To change 2 thermostats was quoted as 3-4 hours work. The engineer took 2 hours and told me at the end of the job they were going to charge an additional hour, not a chance.

I have used DL for a few things now ??? boiler services and repairs, fixing broken taps in my bath etc. Everything has been done to a high standard and efficiently; they are definitely my go-to company for anything related to plumbing and heating. Special shout out to Donovan ??? always gets thing done well and always very friendly.

The guys at DL Gas & Maintenance have been amazing! Great at communicating, and super nice customer service. The boiler needed to be serviced, a wireless thermostat was installed and some other pieces in the radiators had to be replaced. These guys are very punctual, efficient, they do a fantastic job, I totally recommend. Thanks, Fernando

Excellent technical work and we we were kept fully informed of the issues that came up, leading to a replacement of the boiler and gas supply, which was obsolete. Very rapid response, which was appreciated in mid-winter, and we now have heating working much better than before. The engineer is extremely thorough - put in extra time and effort to make sure everything was perfect.

This company was great. We had our boiler serviced recently and was told we needed a new flume as it was in the wrong place and was not compliant. They Very responsive and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. They were very reasonable with the costs and the repair was completed in under a week. I would also like to mention that Donovan was amazing. He explained everything to me, so we understood what he was doing and why. He made sure he cleaned up any mess both inside and outside the property. A real asset to your company. Thank you so much.
