Tanyo came recommended by a friend as I needed someone to have a look at my boiler. Tanyo came promptly to see what the issues were with my boiler. He took his time to diagnose the issue and was very thorough with the boiler servicing. Tanyo was very professional and maintained good communication regarding appointment times. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with a Boiler or plumbing issue.

Following the exceptional experience we first with Tanyo, we called him to install bathroom wash basin taps. He was prompt, explained clearly what he would be doing and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend him. It has taken us a very long time to find someone of his calibre, who is also hard working, prompt and reliable.

We discovered a bad leaking problem in our bathroom, which was coming through to the kitchen ceiling! We had to strip out our old bathroom completely, including replacing rotten floorboards at very short notice. We decided this was the opportunity to create the bathroom we???d always wanted, so we contacted Tanyo for advice and a quote. We have used him and his colleague Kris many times before, as we have always trusted them and been impressed with their quality of work. Tanyo gave us a thorough and very competitive quote which included replacing flooring, replacing all pipe work and drainage as well as waterproof boards, tiling, adding an extractor fan and installing the fixtures and fittings. He was excellent in answering all of our many questions. We needed the work to be done as soon as possible to avoid further water damage to our house. Tanyo got back to us really quickly and the work began within three weeks of his quote, which was perfect for us. We cannot recommend them enough! Their workmanship throughout the project was impeccable. Everything was done incredibly thoroughly and to an impressively high standard. They always kept us informed of the progress of the work, discussing with us how we wanted things done every step of the way. Also, asking for extras was never a problem for Tanyo. We asked if he could do anything about the worn-down door frame and he did an incredible job and made it look as good as new, as well as repainting the door as an extra to really complete the bathroom and make it look perfect! They were very flexible and considerate in working around our schedule, as well as being friendly, professional, but also with a great sense of humour! Their skills in all areas required of the work were outstanding, whether it was tiling, plumbing, electrics or carpentry. On top of this, they always ensured that the project site was tidied and clean when they left each day, which was greatly appreciated by us and our house cats! We will definitely be using Tanyo again for any work we need doing in our home. He???s given us the bathroom of our dreams and for a cost which was spot on for our budget. We are incredibly happy with his work??? thank you so much guys!
