Excellent response from 'orbital gas services'. I was kept informed of what exactly was going on with the boiler and how best to proceed with fixing it. Highly recommended.

I have had a brilliant experience having my boiler replaced today by charlie and Owen. From the moment I contacted them as a Worcester Bosch recommended installer, they have been swift to reply to all my messages, prompt when they arrived to do the job and super professional. Charlie even managed to get my Hive set up to control my heating before he left. I can???t recommend these guys enough. They are so good I will be asking them to come back to service the boiler every year. Brilliant service, brilliant price, brilliant guys. Highly recommend!

Charlie runs a great plumbing company and have used him lots of times. His efficiency and knowledge shows. I would highly recommend to anyone and will use him again.

Orbital Gas have always delivered when using their services they last install as gas hob for me when I was replacing some kitchen worktops, as the new hob had connections on the opposite sides they had to change some pipework but this was no challenge and they dealt with it efficiently. I???ve also recommended them to friends and family for boiler issues and services. I can definitely rely on these guys and will definitely continue to recommend and use there service!

I had a great experience with this excellent company. The engineer did everything possible to attend to me on the same day despite how late it when I rang for help. Charlie was attentive and very professional and took me through the process for me to understand what my options were. I'm disabled and find that a lot of workmen try to con you into spending more but he wasn't like that. He was fair and gave me the best options for my situation. He resolved the problem and advised me to call if I had any further issues. He was courteous and pleasant and treated my property with care throughout his time here. I have no hesitation in recommending Orbital Gas Services Ltd as an outstanding company
