What a great experience! Did exactly what was discussed, professional, friendly, helpful and polite. Couldn't fault the work or behaviours, no disruption was caused and no mess was left. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone

Kristian installed a replacement boiler and new hive control system for us. Gave us good advice in terms of which boiler we needed and what other work needed to be done to maximise the efficiency of our system. Quoted a competitive price, arrived on time and did the job very professionally and with very little mess or disruption. Cannot fault anything that was done and would thoroughly recommend Viking Plumbing & Heating for a new boiler installation. Excellent job - pleasure to deal with.

After several quotes we decided to use Viking Plumbing Services to fit our new boiler. Out of the boiler installation companies that we invited to carry out surveys/quotes prior to installation we chose to use Viking because of their knowledge illustrated along with there obvious keen interest in providing a professional and customer focused quality service. This was also supported by the reviews we had read and the ???Which Trusted Trader??? accolade that Viking had earned. Good communication was provided throughout with a good level of detail to give us the confidence and reassurance that the job would take place in a timely and professional manner. On installation day the team arrived on time. Prior to commencing work they took great care to ensure that our flooring and carpeting was covered with robust protection to keep it clean and protected. The work was completed to a very high standard and the attention to detail was first class. In summary. Viking met, in fact exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. In this day and age it is rare to find a company that has such pride and passion in their quest to provide the best service possible to the customer. Well done Viking!

Absolutely superb workmanship, outside oil boiler fitted and pipes very succesfully rerouted. No mess, everything left spic-andspan. Friendly and helpful. VERY highly recommended

Kristian responded very quickly when we urgently needed a new boiler. He and his team were very professional and helpful. They wore masks throughout the job. Highly recommended
