Shaun was easy to contact and was extremely efficient communicating with me. He emailed me or rang me when he said he would, turned up on time, and fitted the boiler professionally with no issues what so ever. Everything was left clean and tidy and with a competitive price I couldn???t fault his service. I would recommend Shaun 100%.

What a wonderful company SRM Mechanical is , I cannot recommend them highly enough, Shaun went above & beyond for us, our toilet was up & running again in no time (This was on Boxing Day). Very efficient, hardworking, with great communication. Will definitely use them again for all our plumbing & heating needs.

SAVED MY KITCHEN! Kitchen leak under floor boards found and fixed within an hour. Clean and tidy with no future leaks since. All fitted a new shower on the same morning for me.

Highly recommended. Shaun was efficient when servicing my boiler, and has been able to offer sound advice when I had an issue with my radiators. Will be using again.

I used Shaun for the first time several weeks ago to detect a leak at my property. He was thorough and methodical in his work and kept me informed throughout. The leak was detected outside in a courtyard. Shaun excavated and completed the repair quickly and effectively. Great service and at an appropriate and reasonable price. I will recommend Shaun to friends and family accordingly.
