horrific experience, he left our business with vulnerable people in a difficult position, was rude and abrasive to my wife, then took the 'broken' oven which only needed a thermostat away with him without permission, i asked it to be returned so we could fix it and have it as a spare. its been returned buy stripped of parts. nothing but thieves and liars. My wife was so upset with the way she was spoken to by Tony.

Had a leak yesterday phoned Tony he come out and fixed my leak fantastic service this company his very reliable thanks you did a great job and he bled all my rads as well

Very poor customer service message about a job and he confirmed that he would come Friday, didn't arrive. So messaged again 1 week later I could see he read the message but know reply. Still waiting for response.

I can't praise Tony highly enough. I live 2.5 hours from my dad, who was having trouble with getting his gas hob to stay lit. Because of the lockdown I couldn't visit, and an old school friend recommended Wyre Forest Gas Services. Tony quickly established that my dad simply wasn't pressing hard enough. He visited at 24 hours' notice, took time to explain what to do ... and didn't even charge my dad for the callout. It's not always easy to find trustworthy tradesmen, but I wouldn't hesitate to call Tony again. First class service!
