Complete bathroom refit. Good value for money. Helpful, friendly people. Left the toilet usable every night which was gratefully accepted. Everything carefully finished and tidied up. Would recommend.

Avenue plumbing came out to look at the boiler that was playing up, unfortunately it was beyond repair so I opted for it to be replaced. Avenue plumbing was able to squeeze us in, even with a busy schedule, so I was not without hot water for too long which was greatly appreciated. The work was completed on time and to an excellent high standard. I will use Avenue plumbing for all future plumbing or heating work, a well deserved five stars.

Great service and very high standard of work! I used Avenue plumbing and heating to install a new boiler in my home, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Customer service was fantastic even before the job began. Throughout the installation communication was clear and professional at every step. They protected my flooring carefully and left everything clean and tidy at the end. Brilliant job overall. If you need a new boiler installation or anything heating service, I highly recommend giving them a call. Very professional business ??????????????????????????????

I???ve just had my 35-year-old boiler replaced with a new Worcester Bosch boiler and pressurised system by Massimo at Avenue Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn???t be happier with the whole experience. Before choosing Massimo, I???d had numerous quotes from well-known large companies, but Massimo took the time to properly explain what was actually needed and why one of the larger companies was proposing work and equipment that simply wasn???t necessary for our home. That honesty made the decision easy. From start to finish, Massimo was professional, friendly, and incredibly tidy, explaining everything clearly and putting me completely at ease, especially as I???d been putting this job off for far too long. The difference it???s made to the house is incredible: much better heating, stronger hot water, and far improved efficiency. I only wish I???d done it sooner. Highly recommend Avenue Plumbing & Heating, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in the house.

Avenue Plumbing and Heating installed a new boiler for us. Right from the start they were very professional and polite and provided a first class service. They were punctual and worked quickly to resolve our problem. They were informative about the boiler and timer and they made sure we were happy with everything before they left. While they worked they made sure the property was protected from any dust and dirt and they left the property how they found it. Massimo is definitely reliable and dependable and I am definitely going to use him again in the future. Would highly recommend!!
