I had been let down by another engineer and due to the nature of the issue I needed someone round asap as water was pouring through the ceiling. Mick was round within the hour as agreed, found and repaired the issue. He was professional, courteous and honest & didn???t charge the earth! Would definitely recommend & would not hesitate to use his services again.

Had a leaking pipe where a screw had gone through doing some DIY. Called 1st Call and what a great guy. Mick came out with his son and fixed our leak, they were such a pleasure to be around when I'd had a real rubbish day. Thank you Mick (sorry I can't remember your sons name) :-( Very highly recommended and will be using again soon. :-)

My boiler was acting up. Called couple other companies but no response. Mick responded and did an thorough job. He did the boiler service exactly as per the service manual. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done. Highly recommended.

We had a leak in our airing cupboard and Mick came out on a very cold night to fix it as an emergency. He was very efficient and made sure all was well before leaving. Highly recommended.

Called with an emergency and turned up within half hour! , after other companies had failed to even call back or pick up. Have used again since and feel I will not use anyone else again. Not worried about the size of the job just always happy to help. I highly recommended to anyone who wants a reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you !!
