DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Emanuel came to my property I called him to try and fix my boiler. When he arrived he said he needed a part to fix it. then he left to go and buy the part, he told me he would charge me ??250 which was fine. When he got back he tried to fix it however he told me that he blew the part to my boiler that was already broken so he told me he cannot fix it and advised me to try to go through my insurance. A few days later I messaged him on WhatsApp and he arranged to come back and help to try and fix my boiler or replace it. We arranged time for 9am - 10am. I called him at 10.52am he told me that he???s very busy it???s winter time. So the messages stopped going through on WhatsApp which he blocked me on. Shorty after around 11:15 I called again which the phone rang straight to voicemail. And then I called him off my work phone and the call went straight through when he heard my voice he ended the call and blocked me again. Emanuel at this company has broken more parts in my boiler that is not covered under my warranty he has blocked me in which he will not reply! I do not recommend this company to anyone as they will do more damage than repair!

Found this service on Google and gave them a call when we had an ignition fault on our boiler, spoke with Emmanuel on the phone and explained the problem and he came round the next day, gave the boiler a clean which took around 5 minutes, this cost ??70 for the call out fee, expensive but understandable He recommended changing the electrode on the boiler so we said ok we???ll do that He came back a couple of days later and changed the electrode (took around 10-15minutes) and charged ??220, stated the electrode cost ??136, when looking online the part costs ~??30 (from the official website it is ??43). So overall, he did fix the problem relatively quickly and was friendly however, seemed to overcharge a bit

Alpha Heating and Gas Services was great and always helpful. Willing to always come out quickly to check on work required. He is honest and offers competitive charges. Used for gas inspections, boiler servicing and radiator installs and replacement.

I recently started hiring Emmanuel, a professional gas engineer, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with his work. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he did an excellent job with detecting and fixing a gas leak, boiler service, and gas safety check. He has always been prompt in responding to my quote request and arrives on time for the jobs. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled gas engineer.

Absolutely brilliant service received from these guys. From the first phone call to them clearing up at the end of the job they were brilliant. They were honest and professional all around. They gave me a reasonable quote and were honest enough to reduce The fees when they realise the job was not as big as first thought. I will be recommending them to all my friends.????
