Had several issues with my boiler and was expecting to buy a new one. However, MRT who were recommended to me said ???let???s start from the smaller problems first- before we decide to rip boiler out and replace ??? - thankfully a few minor repairs were needed and the boiler was fixed . Brilliant , mindful and honest service. Definitely using them again.

We've used MRT for our annual boiler service plus replacement boiler for several years. When we had an emergency boiler breakdown he responded really quickly and diagnosed the fault quickly. Worked directly with our letting agency too which was really helpful. Excellent service, really knowledgeable and gave lots of options and prices for new boilers so we knew we could choose what was right / affordable for us. Unofrtunately, it wasn't economical due to boiler's age to repair. He installed a Valiant Eco Tec Pro 28 for us which was perfect. He was very tidy / efficient installation and would definitely recommend using MRT for boiler breakdown, boiler service or new boiler installation.

Had Michael round for an emergency boiler call out last week. He fit us in really quickly and was so professional! Really impressed and would highly recommend! Will be using MRT for our annual boiler services in future! Thanks again!

I have used MRT solutions several times. They are reliable , responsive and even on one occasion when they were booked solidly ,talked me through and by using photos I sent them were able to instruct me to sort a problem myself. I would highly recommend them.
