Brilliant service from start to finish! I called first thing this morning and spoke with Adam, who managed to arrange for an engineer to come out within just a few hours. George arrived and had my hot water back up and running in no time. Really impressed with how quickly everything was dealt with and the excellent service from both Adam and George at Hydrava. Would definitely recommend!

11 months ago I had my kitchen tap replaced . The top came off last month and ive been trying to contact Adsm ever since. Whenever I get through he says he's going to call back in 5 min but never does. If he doesn't want to do the job just be honest eith me so I can move on. With the current heatwave it's not good to be left hanging for a month without any water in the kitchen

I???ve been using this plumber for years across my properties, and the level of trust I have in him is second to none. As a property manager, reliability and honesty are everything???and he delivers both consistently. He???s incredibly knowledgeable, quick to diagnose issues, and always provides practical, cost-effective solutions. I never feel like I???m being upsold or misled???he genuinely looks out for my best interests and those of my tenants. Whether it???s an emergency call-out or routine maintenance, he???s responsive, professional, and gets the job done right the first time. It???s rare to find someone this dependable in the trade.
