The service received from Complete Plumbing & Heating was both first class and friendly. The response to my boiler breakdown was fast, and I had a new boiler installed and working by the end of the following day, even though it was a Saturday. The workmanship was excellent and the area thoroughly cleaned up after completion.

We recently used this plumbing and heating company and were really impressed with the service. Communication was easy and professional from the start. They went above and beyond by taking the time to explain over the phone what the likely issue with our boiler could be and talked us through a few things to try to get it back up and running. They were clear about the costs involved if they needed to attend, and once booked in they kept us updated with their expected arrival time. Great service all round. Would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future.

First time using Darren. He was puntual. Disconnected cooker from old house, installed to new locarion. All safety checks carried out and relevant paperwork provided for both in a professional manor. Friendly and helpful. Excellent communication and well priced. I would definitely recommend and use for any future requirements.
