   Had an issue with boiler only firing up for hot water and not radiators. Right before Christmas and was concerned I would not find anyone to resolve it. Saw Twin Flame online with good reviews and contacted them. Dean called me back instantly and arranged to call in an hour later. Problem identified as thermostat issue and fitted a new one there and then. Professional, prompt and helpful service. Would definitely recommend a will be using again. Thank you! Am adding to my previous review as it won???t let me submit a new one. Dean returned to for a boiler service and very happy with this. He was professional and explained the process whilst carrying out the checks. Would recommend.

   Absolutely delighted with the service from Dean. We had two leaking radiator valves. These were quickly replaced and checked without having to drain the whole system. Dean provided a very professional and personable service. I would definitely choose to invite him again to solve any future plumbing problem.

   I have recently had two heating and plumbing issues both were brilliantly and quickly resolved by Dean. Firstly, the boiler was making a lot of noise and clearly something was about to break. I spoke to Dean who was instantly reassuring, knowledgeable and reliable. He wasn???t put off by it being an old boiler, arrived when he said he would and carried about the repair. This even involved a slightly modification to the part. Secondly, the additional pump fitted to my shower went. Dean helped me source a replacement and quickly fitted it. I have already recommended Dean to friends and family nearby and he will be the first person I call if ever I need help again. Thanks Dean

   My Baxi 619 central heating boiler decided to go on the blink this evening. I noticed although the programme illumination showed the heating & hot water cycle were on the radiators were cold. I looked on line for a local engineer & after some scrolling came across Twin Flames. Called mobile number & left a message & pleasantly surprised within minutes got a return call from Dean on a Sunday evening. Described the symptoms ( flashing neon lamp. Dean said he could attend am. Monday morning. I explained I am a mechanic & if could any checks to make life easier for when he attends. He then guided me to remove the lower inspection cover to see the state of condensation vessel which looked awfully cloudy n clogged. Guided me to remove it clean/ wash out and replace. Turn on the the boiler & it all sprung back to life. I have asked Dean to still attend and give the boiler a once over & service tomorrow. From the events this evening I would have zero hesitation in recommending Dean/ Twin Flames. His honesty & willingness to help is much appreciated & very surprising these days.
