I had Sam from S C Duncan out today at a flat in Hitchin for a boiler service. Lovely chap and they did a great job. 10/10 service would highly recommend!

Communications with office excellent. Very good for punctuality of appointment period, annual boiler maintenance & cent.htg. system checks, replacement of C/H failed pump and leaking under-cupboard radiator. Professional, quality work and courteous service.

We had two new taps that needed to be installed. One in the kitchen and the other in the down stairs toilet. Sam was the plumber who did the work and an excellent job he did. He went the extra mile to get the job done and did not leave until he was happy with his work. This company is truly professional. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

I have used SC Duncan for boiler maintenance and have been very happy with their service so I thought I would try them for some plumbing work. They quickly came round to assess for a quote for fitting two showers and some new bathroom taps. The quote was reasonable and once I accepted it they were able to do the work within a few days. There were problems with fitting one of the showers (due to the previous shower being poorly fitted) but the work was done without complaint. Very friendly and helpful staff and I would definitely use them again.

We had a new Heater and a tap put on. The work was very neat and clean. Value was more on the high but it was so prompt and very clean job. Never seen a plumber cleaning the floor after work and clear all rubbish before leaving. He even used disinfectants wipes to wipe the wall and floor. Payment sent via invoice and paid online which made it really easy for us. Keep up the great work :)
