We had an issue with our boiler that was discovered at 07:30 resulting in us not getting any hot water at all, by 9am on the same day James was round and fixed the issue! Amazing communication & customer service, couldn???t recommend JMR heating services enough. Thanks James

The water heater in the kitchen started leaking leaving the volunteers in Ware Museum without hot water to wash up. JRM came and replaced the faulty unit the day after we contacted them. The plumber arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and there was no mess for us to clear up. Good service all round and I would definitely use their services again.

Great company to deal with. Called JMR Heating for a quote to replace and relocate a boiler for us and within a couple days I had it. The young lad that came to carry out the work listened to our requirements and was very professional, considerate and knowledgeable. Being in the trades myself this is a 5 star company from start to finish.

Easy to book appointment. Had 4 appointments: Assess problems, full strip down service, additional parts needed replacement and follow up. All met on time, very polite professional plumbers. Extremely tidy. Final call was because the heating didn???t appear to work. Called them Friday night and the director came 1st thing Saturday morning. Was no fault and all is working well. I will use their services again. Admin and customer service is excellent.

We experienced a loss of heating and hot water on a cold winter day. James arrived as quickly as possible. Although he had not previously worked on our system, he efficiently identified and resolved the fault. James demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was extremely helpful, clearly explaining the issues. James' excellent service has left a positive impression, and as a result, I would consider switching our gas and heating services to JMR.
