I have been with JT Wilding for over 35 years. The engineers are very reliable and efficient. I can totally trust the workmanship.

Terrible service, avoid. Won't be using them in the future. Edit: Yes, definitely JT Wilding, it just wasn't booked under my name. Avoid at all costs.

We???ve used JT Wilding since we moved home 16 years ago. In November 2024 we went ahead with our annual boiler service and a week later it started to leak. My late wife contacted JT Wilding and complained that the engineer hadn???t tightened off pipe work when completing the service, we were told that ???Oh, that happens sometimes, it???s just standard??? and refused to make a repair. Never again. The images are of the new oak kitchen worktop after the service (The boiler is directly above the worktop) as you can see the damage caused.

Wildings are prompt and efficient! Jack came out today, bringing his cheerful manner with him to sort out our hot water problems. Thanks Jack, you were great! ????

Used JT Wildings a couple of times now. Very impressed with the attitude of all the staff I have dealt with. More than helpful. Same day emergency call-out. Engineer there within 3 hours of initial phone call. Very knowledgeable, problem fixed within 15mins of arriving. Sensible pricing also. Thanks and see you next year for our boiler service????????
