From the first call to the office the whole experience with Smart Aim Solutions (SAS) was exceptional. I had the Amber digital TCV upgrade to all radiators providing full zoning through the house. Ross went beyond the expected in resolving the issues found by working extended hrs to ensure the heating system was commissioned and fully operational. I will be recommending SAS Ltd to all my friends and fully support the business going forward.

We've used Smart AIM on several occasions now - each time it's been a relief to deal with a company who *answers your query promptly **gives you an estimated time and communicates any variation *** sends pleasant and polite operatives as soon as they possibly can. Additionally, I have recommended them to others and they have been pleased with the service they received.

Fantastic company. Smart Aim Solutions really came to the rescue after we suffered a burst water main. Anglian Water were no help (???not our problem??? despite them flushing the system with high power 4 times as they replaced the primary main on the road). It was on our property so they just wash their hands of it (lucky them having the water to do so). Thankfully the Smart Aim team came to the rescue, first helping to turn the water off to stem the leak (Anglian Water???s new meters failed), then detecting the issue with specialist equipment, then installing a temporary overground workaround and ultimately installing a new water main. It was a complex job over a few weeks but Smart Aim just handled it and minimised our time without water. Highly recommended.

Smart Aim Solutions are an absolute joy to deal with. My problem was solved quickly and professionally and FRIENDLY. Would certailnly give them more stars if I could. I highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommended! This company has exceptional customer service. I asked for a quote to replace a toilet that had been neglected for some time.
