We've been using Hawkins and Woolley for a few years now for everything from boiler services to plumbing emergencies, most recently when the heating packed up on Christmas Eve when they fixed the issue(even driving to Clacton to collect a part). Always great service and always responsive, and turn up when they say they will.

After trying and leaving messages for 3 local plumbers with not one getting back to me I tried Hawkins and Woolley. Jason answered the phone straight away, no leaving messages. He turned up the same day at the time agreed. Needed a new boiler, he said he would email the quote which I received within 3 hours. Arranged an installation date. Jason turned up on time, installed new boiler, made a real neat job of it and tidied up after himself. He was very engaging and pleasant and did a cracking job. I would recommend Hawkins and Woolley for any plumbing job needed. The customer service was outstanding. Hawkins and Woolley will certainly be my go to for plumbing in the future.

Highly efficient and professional service. It was the dreaded time for a new boiler but Hawkins and Woolley made this a smooth and painless process. They are very attentive and they spotted and corrected issues with the piping from the previous boiler from a far less reliable installer. Very fairly priced and really friendly staff. They also won't keep you waiting ages for a response despite them being very busy.

Just had a boiler moved into the loft and all copper pipes replaced and put into the wall by these guys. Cant say enough good things! Leanne's communication is brilliant, Jason's work is great! He cleaned up after himself, explained what he was going on and they are fairly priced. We will be using them for all plumbing work from now on. Highly recommended!!
