After making a few phonecalls and being given expensive quotes and long waiting times, I called Hasan who came within a few hours (8pm) and attended to my boiler with no hassle and for the cheapest cost. I will always go to him first in future.

I had no hot water,i called CHS and spoke to Hasan who came within 2 hours on a Saturday.He fixed my boiler,and will be coming back to service it.I now have hot water.Unbeatable service ,good price,why go elsewhere.Sorted in 1 phone call and total 3 hours.Very highly recommended.

My Worcester boiler had a blinking blue light and my hot water and heating was was not working. I searched google maps for a Gas Engineer near Heartsease in Norwich. I found one with good reviews and made a call. Very fast response from CHS Heating. The engineer visited that same day. The boiler needed a new fan. I bought the parts from Wolseley at the Sprowston estate. Engineer Hasan returned the next day to install the parts. The service was high quality, and in addition I received helpful advice on spotting warning signs for future problems. Highly recommended.

At 8pm I have randomly searched on Google and found CHS HEATING and Hasan appeared at 9pm at the front door, condensator trap failure, bought the component from ebay and he returned to replace it and also for boiler service and maintenance, good service at professional level and as well decent pricing, I would highly recommend with 10 stars and we will appeal for further boiler maintanance and yearly service. 10 stars from us mate????

Scenario; Our 30 year old boiler has broken down and its January!.. Having been let down by a couple of local companies in the past we found CHS on Google. The man (Hasan) told us he had a couple of calls to make but he'd be with us asap. True to his word he arrived at our door a couple of hours later, smartly presented with mask and toolkit. Ultimately 3 parts needed to be replaced and all was accomplished to our complete satisfaction; the boiler has never performed as well as it does right now. We got the impression that Hasan was prepared to 'turn circles' any time, night or day to get our boiler back working to its potential! We found Hasan of CHS; totally trustworthy, caring, cost sensitive and easy to deal with. We would not hesitate in recommending his services; thanks Hasan!
