Many thanks to Steve and Tim for such a brilliant job upgrading our system from an ancient back boiler to a modern combi and mixer shower. They have worked so hard in difficult conditions with the extreme heat. The products used are very good quality and the standard of their work is first rate. On top of that they are both friendly, courteous and considerate to your home. See you next year for the annual service. Highly recommended.

Steve and Tim came out the very next working day after I got upset about a leak in our bathroom (to be clear, this was not related to any work they had carried out). They found the issue within five minutes and immediately got to work fixing it. They explained everything clearly and in detail throughout the visit, and given how stressed I was, they were absolutely brilliant. I felt genuinely looked after and reassured the whole time. Steve has serviced our boiler since we moved into the village, so I already knew he worked to a very high standard. After this experience though, I???d go as far as to call him my hero!

Steve and Tim did an amazing job setting up the plumbing for my curly hair salon! They were super prompt at getting out the quote, arrived when they said they would, didn't leave a mess and helped make a complicated job seem easy! Which i really needed when managing lots of different trades. So I'd highly recommend. Thanks guys ??????????????????????????????

After looking on local Facebook groups for customer reviews for local plumbers, i contacted initial plumbing to get a quote. Steve was so helpful and was here a couple of days later to quote for a new heating system, new plumbing throughout, and 2 bathroom fits. Steve takes time to explain steps of what???s needed and why, he takes care and pride in every job and because of that the finish has been perfect. Steve has gone above and beyond to help me by sorting out extra issues that cropped up along the way, and squeezing these into his diary where possible. I???m really grateful for his flexibility, as well as the immaculate and tidy finish of all work he???s done for me. If you want a heating engineer or plumber who is reliable, honest, trustworthy and genuinely cares about your needs then make sure to give Steve and the initial team a call!

Very friendly, reliable & capable plumbing & heating specialist. We???ve used Steve lots of times for annual boiler service but also had a number of issues with an aging heating system which Steve has always helped us with and been kind enough to prioritise when it was a winter emergency. Steve also knows a good range of other trades persons and we???ve used electricians he???s recommended as well.
