Gave really helpful advice. Is my top contact for plumbing now ????

Louise is friendly, efficient and very helpful; she has serviced my boiler for years and successfully resolved any problems with my wider heating system. Is always punctual and reliable. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Excellent service! Louise came out at very short notice and took out my gas fire to free a crow which had fallen down the chimney and was stuck behind the fire. Would definitely recommend Louise and use her again.

Brilliant service from start to finish. She came round to sort the gas pipe for my gas hob and cooker and had it all done in no time. Really friendly, turned up when she said she would, and left everything nice and tidy after. You can tell she knows her stuff. Would happily recommend to anyone local and will definitely use again

I have been using Louise for my landlord???s gas safety inspections since last year. From the initial contact through to arranging appointments and carrying out the inspections themselves, everything has always been handled extremely smoothly, and I have been very pleased with the service. Her professionalism goes without saying, but what truly stands out is how friendly and trustworthy she is. Even for someone like me, who knows very little about the technical side of gas work, she explains everything clearly and offers helpful advice in an easy-to-understand way. I honestly could not ask for a better engineer.
