Sha was professional and pleasant and so far so good. I haven???t managed to use it the cooker yet because we identified an issue but Sha stayed long enough to help set the clock check it all works and helped me identify the issue with the grill which hopefully will be resolved

S&E Heating Engineer and Boiler Service Norwich are brilliant. The engineer came when he said he would and did the job. All mess was cleared up and the place left tidy. The charge was reasonable.

Sha was professional, communicated the issue well from start to finish and went above and beyond to service our boiler and help us get our heating working during a cold January. He acted with urgency and provided a very high level service. I would highly recommend. Thanks Sha!

I don???t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I wasn???t impressed. They came to fix our broken boiler, told me that the issue was the electrode and wanted to come back to fit it, charging for a second call out fee and a new part (??85+??85+??45). I asked for more information on the fault and didn???t get any useful responses. I asked another company to check it out and they came same day and identified the problem within 30mins and there was nothing wrong with the part this engineer wanted to change. Asked for a partial refund of the ??85 call out fee I paid because they didn???t spot the issue or fix it but they refused. No surprise there to be honest. My advice would be to check you???re happy with the outcome before you pay the invoice. And get a second opinion before allowing unnecessary work to be carried out. Can???t recommend this engineer unfortunately, which is a shame.
