Had used this company before on another boiler install and everything was great, so decided to use them again when we moved for a boiler service. Was told our boiler was old and would need replacing. They provided a quote and installed a new boiler over the summer. Initially all was fine until needing to use the heating. They did return however I was made to feel on the telephone that it was something I had done and was advised if it was something I had done I would be charged. I said OK feeling confident that it wasn't something I had done. Long story short they came out got it running but shortly broke down again. Delt with the owner on the phone the following day who was very gruff on the phone laughing that we had no heating in the cold saying " think of all the money we've saved you"! Told that we probably had a leak and they would come out that morning but I would be charged. Fine as we were desperate to get things working. 1pm no engineer. Telephone office the manager was very rude stating that he had not left the office that morning. A courtesy call would have been nice. Telephoned another company who came out sourcing the issue. Many faults on the install identified, not completing bench paper work which is a legal requirement. Emailed the office and no response. I would not recommend this company.

The work has been carried out to a very, very high standard. Craig ripped out the water tank in the loft, the water heater in the airing cupboard and the old heat only boiler and replaced it all with a combi boiler. Craig is a credit to the company and very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Gas Air and Tech to anyone needing their services.

John and Craig were nothing short of exceptional. John kindly came out several times to update our quote as we added more requests, and we really appreciated the time he took to explain everything clearly. The price we were given was fantastic, and the quality of their work even better. They both worked tirelessly to move our boiler, relocate radiators, update our cold water mains, and more - all completed to an exceptionally high standard. On top of their skill and hard work, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to have around. We feel so lucky to have found them and would highly recommend their services to anyone in Norwich needing boiler work. We will be using them again and are extremely grateful for everything they did for us!!! :) Edit: I also want to give a big thank you to the office and administrative team. They???ve always been so quick to respond to my emails, and we really appreciate their efficiency and helpful advice.

Excellent and professional service. We had our gas boiler serviced, and heating system repaired extremely quickly and efficiently. We were given lots of advice and guidance on how to get the best operation and efficiency from our heating system. Best service and advice we have received. I would highly recommend.

New boiler installed. The communication with the office and engineer was excellent. Work completed in one day so I was not without heat due to my health. Cleaned up thoroughly on completion. John was professional, respectful and informative, a credit to your company. I would recommend Gas & Air Tech. Thank you.
