Rob was incredibly efficient and professional when coming to assist with a leak at the house. He identified the issue quickly, no small feat!, and prevented it being a far more damaging incident than it could have been! He was courteous and made best efforts to minimse damage as he went about finding the issue and solving the problem. I could not recommend Rob more highly.

Rob re-routed some boiler pipework efficiently and tidily. He was very professional and polite throughout - it was easy to arrange the work and he completed the job exactly as agreed. Very happy to highly recommend RG HeatSource.

Rob came to our rescue after a pipe leak, fixed it and upgraded the tap and connections. He also serviced our boiler and gave feedback on possible future issues. He is responsive to contact, has all the up to date equipment and very reasonably priced.

My boiler needed a new hot water plate , as it was not leaking my policy didn't cover repair. Rob was recommended by Vaillant. He returned my call promptly, attended the same day . Rob has recently completed first-fix work for a new kitchen, including installing a new water softener. Takes the time to think about the best solutions, and obviously takes pride in his work. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others ????
