We used Steve before he joined Town & Country and when he moved, we moved with him. Steve did our first boiler service and some other work on the house for us and has now been servicing our boiler since 2021. We're super happy with the service we get from both Steve and Town & Country. It doesn't matter who I deal with, they are always polite and professional. We'd recommend them to anyone who asks.

We recently had our annual gas boiler service completed by Town & Country Heating and Plumbing Limited, and the experience was excellent from Claire???s friendly and efficient scheduling of the visit, where engineer Iain was a professional, courteous, and great ambassador to the company. He arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and worked efficiently while keeping everything clean and tidy. Iain was also incredibly friendly and approachable, taking the time to explain what he was doing and offering helpful advice on how to keep our boiler running smoothly. It???s reassuring to know we???re in safe hands with a company that values both quality service and customer care. I can highly recommend this company, and we???ll be using them again next year.
