Laurie serviced my two year old boiler this year. He did a complete head to toe service of the boiler explaining everything as he went along. I feel very confident that this attention to detail service and future ones will make my boiler last way past the 10 year warranty . Today Laurie came to my rescue replacing a bathroom sink. A very professional, clean and tidy job done. I won???t consider anyone else for any future plumbing work. He knows his trade very well .

Job: New bathroom and pressurised water tank. Excellent work, I had used Laurie once before to fix a leak in a tricky place to get to and was very impressed with his communication, professionalism, attention to detail as well as the work done so felt confident in getting him to put in a new bathroom. All the way through Laurie kept me up to date on the progress and any issues that arose, great guidance during the process especially around type of water tank and heater, clear pricing and kept the job flowing. I am extremely happy with the new bathroom and Laurie kept the place clean and protected and did a big clean up at the end making sure everything was ok.

Laurie fitted a new hot water cylinder for us. From the minute he arrived we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, politeness & friendly manner. He did an excellent job, and used his creativity to successfully problem solve some difficulties. He tidied up thoroughly after finishing. We will 100% be using him for future work inc boiler servicing.

Laurie provided an excellent service both servicing our boiler and helping with a new underfloor heating installation. The boiler service was the most thorough I have ever observed; spending time to do the job properly. Regarding the underfloor heating we discussed the work beforehand and he was happy to leave me to install much of the "non-plumbing" pipework whilst he connected the system and ensured all was working. He was very professional, communicated and educated me throughout. A pleasure to have around and I would happily recommend him.

Laurie saved Christmas! When our boiler stopped working on 23rd December he diagnosed the problem over the phone, arranged the right part and fitted it with the utmost speed and professionalism. What a lovely guy too! We???ve booked a much needed boiler service for January.
