We had Tim out today to service our oil-fired heating and hot water system, and I honestly can???t recommend him highly enough. Having only ever lived in modern homes with gas central heating, moving to an older Cotswold cottage with an oil-fired system has been a completely new experience for us. We had lots of questions (probably more than most!), and Tim couldn???t have been more patient or helpful. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how everything worked, talked us through the service, answered every question without ever making us feel rushed, and gently corrected a few things we???d misunderstood along the way! We came away with a much better understanding of how to look after the system and the confidence that we???re now doing things the right way. It???s rare to find someone who is not only exceptionally good at what they do but also genuinely enjoys sharing their knowledge. We came away understanding so much more than when he arrived. The service was thorough, communication was excellent throughout, and we felt we could trust his advice completely. We???ve already asked him to come back to carry out some additional work because we were so impressed. If you???re looking for someone reliable, honest, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to deal with, I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Tim. Thank you again, Tim. Tim came to fix our (very old) oil boiler which had stopped working after many years without love. He worked tirelessly to extend it's life, despite it stubbornly refusing to play ball for most of the journey. Tim stayed super positive throughout and was very quick to respond & keep us updated. I would highly recommend his services.

Excellent professional service. We called on them in an emergency and they sent Tim an experienced and friendly engineer within 24hours. Very impressed, will be using them for all our boiler needs from now on. Thanks Tim

Tim has recently serviced and checked my oil boiler and heating. He has also advised on any queries I have had. Great job and highly recommended.

Our boiler died on the Friday, Tim came on Monday at 10am. Arrived promptly got on with fixing the fault, then did a full service and produced a report with gas analysis data. My son lives in france and he says when trying to get tradespeople to do a job there, its :- affordable, available, competent, pick two! Gloucester oil burner Services tick all three boxes!!!
