I have been a customer of DA Cook for a long long time and have always been pleased with their customer service. In December I had a leaking boiler and Ben came within a few days to replace the right manifold. When I woke up this morning there was a lot of water beneath the boiler and Ben came out within a few hours and replaced the right manifold. What a fantastic service. Got me out of trouble as I had house-sitters arriving shortly who would not appreciate a house without heating in January.

A really great company. From annual boiler servicing, to a same day visit in the Christmas holiday period to replace a failing shower, they always impress with outstanding service. 10/10 every time!

I have used these guys to service my boiler for the last 4 years. They always arrive on time, are friendly, cheerful & professional and they provide a clear written report. This year I forgot to book my service and the office team phoned to remind me so I could get it booked in. So they're clearly paying great attention to detail both in the field and back at HQ.
