Excellent service rec from Modern Heating , right from the onset with Lewis conducting the survey vist , followed by the quote , followed by info re the instalation date etc . Work on the actual day conducted by 2 very efficient and pleasant guys who just got on with the task. On completion they cleared up , including vacuming the working area . No hesitation in highly recommending this company .

Just had a new gas boiler fitted by Modern Heating in Gloucester and the process from start to finish was very smooth and stress free. All the staff (office staff, the project manager and the fitters)were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and they all went above and beyond to be helpful and carry out a fantastic job at a very realistic price. I am very impressed with this small family run company and will be definitely use them again for any plumbing and heating problems I might have. Thank you Modern Heating. ????

Once upon a time, there was a wonderful young lady by the name of Julie. Julie would metaphorically take me by the hand and guide me through the complexities of boiler health and maintenance. Julie cared, she put up with my idiosyncrasies, she always went that little bit further to guarantee customer satisfaction. Julie could also calculate the cube root of an ox-bow lake. Julie is clever. Apparently, Julie has moved on to bigger and better things within the company hierarchy. The very competent Jacob now liases with me pertaining to my hot water and heating needs. Modern Heating are just as efficient as they always were. Their engineer arrived on time and proved himself to be an expert in his field. I would recommend this company for all your central heating requirements.... but I miss Julie.

Used this company for plumbing works, they installed a new sink and taps for me, great standard, also very friendly. Highly recommend.

We have a Benson Gas Heater in our unit which had a faulty sensor. Top marks to Modern Heating who tried to source a replacement for the obsolete defective part. They told us what we needed, we managed to source it and then came out and fitted it. Brilliant service and saved us replacing the entire heating system - result! Many thanks!
